THE BENEFITS OF PRACTISING SPORT

Since we are young adults tell us that one of the best things we can do to be healthy is eating  healthy food and practising sport, but why? What are the different benefits of sport? 


First of all many people think that practising sport only has one objetive: aesthetic. It allows us to be feel comfortable with ourselves. Besides we can stand out some other benefits: 



          - It eliminates fats and prevents obesity 










- It improves our memory, autonomy, our speed and mental role 











  - It gets better our lung respiratory and our respiratory muscles












- It strengthens our self-esteem thanks to the endorphins which are released












             - Sport releases tension and reduces extres







  

For all these reasons we should practise sport, in addition we can meet other people whereas we are running, for example.
